Our gelato base is made from scratch in our kitchen in the old fashioned way. We use hormone free milk from Texas dairy cows, no artificial sweeteners, and never artificial ingredients. We visit the farm in Sicily to personally source our pistachio. Our mix in's are all homemade, everything in small batches, the Italian way, so Nonna would be proud. We believe strongly in making real food using only all natural ingredients.
We are a Texas native family owned company! Chef/Owner Jasmine attended Gelato university and has spent much time in Italy studying and learning the art of Gelato. In 2014 we were selected as a finalist in the first ever Gelato World tour.
